1. Registration & Fees

• ​Payment: All session fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the term or individual session.

• ​Refunds: We do not offer refunds for missed sessions due to personal scheduling conflicts. If the Academy cancels a session (e.g., due to extreme weather), a credit or makeup date will be provided.

​2. Health & Safety

• ​Equipment: For safety, all players must wear appropriate footwear (molded studs or turf shoes) and shin guards. Players without shin guards may be asked to sit out.

• ​Medical Conditions: Parents must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries upon registration.

• ​Emergency Consent: In the event of an injury, the Academy is authorized to seek emergency medical treatment if a parent/guardian cannot be reached.

​3. Code of Conduct

• ​Players: We expect a "respect-first" attitude. Bullying, foul language, or intentional rough play will not be tolerated.

• ​Parents: Please cheer positively! We ask parents to remain behind the designated touchline and refrain from "coaching" from the sidelines, as it can confuse the players.

​4. Attendance & Punctuality

• ​Please arrive 10 minutes before the session starts to ensure a prompt kickoff.

• ​Parents must be present to collect their child immediately at the end of the session. We cannot be responsible for children once the session has concluded.

​5. Photography & Media

• ​The Academy may take photos or videos for promotional use (social media, website). If you wish for your child to be excluded from media coverage, please notify us in writing during registration.

​6. Liability

​Note: This is a general template. Depending on your location, you may want to have a legal professional give it a quick "once-over" to ensure it meets local sports regulations.

• ​While we take every precaution to ensure a safe environment, football is a contact sport. The Academy is not liable for injuries sustained during play or for the loss of personal belongings.
